Vinyasa Yoga 

Always having been the last one in gym class, Line finally found her calling when she started practicing yoga.  
 
Breath work or pranayamas are the basics of every dance, flow and every movement we make. Still the mind and challenge the body to come to mindful movement. Besides teaching your the basics of the yoga-life, Line gently guides you through a flow of asanas to strengthen your body and improve your flexibility. Exercises are adjusted to meet your personal challenges.   
Line was trained in Austin, Texas by the talented yogis of Sukha Yoga. She misses her Sukha Sangha every day.
