My children are my everything. A teenager and a toddler teach me day in and day out what really matters in life.

Until 2016 I worked as an architect and urban policy planner. After giving it my all, I ended up with a numbing burnout. Switching paths was easy towards a world where ego's disappear, where kindness is the norm, and where energy gets generated: the conscious dance floor.

As a yoga and conscious dance teacher in Open Floor, I facilitate moving bodies in a mindful way. With the music I guide you through a soulful & energetic dance journey.

Since September 2017 I am the driving force behind 'Sunday Dance Brussels'. In 2024 I founded 'Ecstatic Dance Rebels' since we want to dance on other days to ;)!

Every single time I try to bring delicious beats that will rock you to the core, take you for a deep dive into the music, and gently let you bubble back up to the surface.

My mission is to spice up the world, one dance floor at a time.
